We are a family-owned advertising company that serves demanding clients from the industry and trade. We develop and produce tangible advertising materials for them and also provide full-service concepts. With customized online shops, we support their marketing activities and also offer national and global logistics solutions.

To support our full-service department at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, we are looking for a:

Customer Support (m/f/d) - Sales Support

Part-time

Your responsibilities:

Processing inquiries and orders from our fullservice clients
Clarifying orderspecific details
Monitoring delivery dates, orders, inventory, etc.
Responsible for customer service related to orders
Maintaining customer and product master data
Ensuring customer satisfaction

Your profile:

Successfully completed commercial training
Enjoy working with customers and communicating over the phone
Good communication skills and fluent in German
Customeroriented thinking
Proficient in MS Office and comfortable working on a computer
Knowledge of English is an advantage
