YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for planning, implementing, and teaching the training content
Conducting onsite training for apprentices and preparing them for exams (both theoretical and practical)
Managing the administration and organization of the industrial training program
Developing and optimizing training processes and concepts for industrial apprentices
Providing expert guidance to apprentices
Overseeing the technical and organizational support for apprentices and dual students
Participating in the hiring process for new apprentices and coordinating with other industrial training departments at the location

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed an apprenticeship as an electrician, industrial mechanic, toolmaker, or mechatronics technician and have further education as a technician or master craftsman.
You have the necessary qualifications to train apprentices (AEVO).
Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is required.
You possess excellent interpersonal skills.
You enjoy teaching and motivating young people.
