YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES AS AN EMPLOYEE OF FTM FUNCTIONAL TRAINING MOVEMENT GMBH IN KUNKLE, OH AS A POOL SUPERVISOR:


You will supervise the swimming and bathing operations, ensuring a smooth flow and ensuring the safety of the swimmers and bathers, as well as enforcing the house and pool rules.

You will be the point of contact for any questions or requests and ensure that all swimmers and bathers feel comfortable.

You will also assist in checking and maintaining the technical facilities and hygiene standards, as well as conducting regular water tests.


YOUR TASKS IN SUMMARY:


  • Supervising all swimmers and bathers
  • Monitoring the swimming and bathing operations
  • Taking measures to prevent accidents
  • Rescuing individuals in water emergencies
  • Providing first aid
  • Initiating and implementing the rescue chain
  • Ensuring hygiene and safety, as well as enforcing the house and pool rules
  • Testing water quality according to regulations
  • Maintaining and servicing equipment for aqua and swimming courses

QUALIFICATIONS:


YOU ARE THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IF:

  • You are friendly, helpful, customer-oriented, team-oriented, and empathetic
  • You hold a German Silver Lifesaving Certificate
  • You can communicate effectively in both German and English
