We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) to join our multi-brand dealership in Trier, Potomac, IL.

It is important for us to understand their needs, wishes, and expectations and actively respond to them in order to create a positive sales experience and build longterm customer relationships.   • As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) in our team, you will contribute to ensuring that processes run smoothly from the initial consultation to delivery and that our customers feel welcome and valued.

Your tasks:

  • Customer support: Greeting customers, answering inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
  • Product presentation: Demonstrating vehicles and explaining their functions and features.
  • Sales support: Assisting sales consultants and the dispatch department with administrative tasks such as preparing contracts, vehicle documentation, as well as coordinating and organizing test drives.
  • Administrative tasks: Maintaining the customer database, vehicle management, price labeling, processing documents for financing, leasing, or delivery.
  • Customer feedback: Managing customer satisfaction surveys and passing on the results to the management team to identify improvement opportunities and optimize the customer experience.
