- CRM Automation at Lead Level: Experience in implementing CRM automation specifically at the lead level to enhance marketing personalization and effectiveness. Ability to nurture leads and strategically move them from one stage to the next in the sales funnel.
- Experience in managing partners, channels, and high-value customer relationships. Experience with account-based marketing and events handling.
- Executing Content Strategies: Develop and execute content strategies that drive engagement and lead conversion, ultimately impacting overall marketing effectiveness.
- Experience: 5-8 years of digital marketing experience, with a strong preference for candidates who have built marketing frameworks in Seed, Series A, or Series B startups.
- Hands-On Skills: Proven ability to implement strategies hands-on, from conceptualization through to execution phases.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of HubSpot, marketing automation tools, and solid understanding of all digital marketing channels.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with an ability to derive meaningful insights from complex data.
- Communication: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize time-sensitive assignments.
- Office Presence: Ability to work from our office at least three days a week to collaborate effectively with the team.
