    Human Resources (HR) Generalist will manage at a growing Manufacturing company with a staff of 500+ employees, non-union. This is an excellent company to professionally develop your HR Skills Sets.

    Job Description

    Work focus is in Training, Employee Orientation, Safety, Payroll Administration and other areas.

    • Human Resources Generalist will support conflict resolution, coaching and counseling on human resources matters.
    • HR Generalist Support & Employee Support - employee onboarding, job design, drug testing and provide assistance to employees.
    • Human Resources and Company leadership in Benefits - will assist and contribute to benefits administration.
    • HR Management - Manage other HR Professional with administration of and adherence to human resources policies and procedures.

    Requirements

    • 0 to 5 years experience in Human Resources - HR function.
    • Manufacturing Industry HR Experience is a huge Plus+
    • BA / BS in Business Preferred (not essential, depending on experience).
    • PHR / SPHR – certifications are a plus but not required (Society of Human Resources Professionals).
    • Knowledge in Human Resources functions - Training, Employee Orientation, benefits administration, Safety, Payroll and other HR Functions is a huge plus.
    • Recent College Graduates interested in Pursuing a Career in HR are welcome to apply.
