    Product Owner - Collaboration Solutions - Workplace Ops & Supply Chain

    As a Product Owner on the Collaboration Solutions team, you will utilize your expertise in Microsoft 365 to craft a new employee experience supporting our innovative culture using cutting-edge technology. Collaborating with internal tech teams and global stakeholders, you will develop a value-driven roadmap to meet both short and long-term objectives. Working in an Agile environment, you will build and enhance tools for managing Collaboration solutions.


    We'll trust you to:

    • Define and own the overall M365 Collaboration roadmap, prioritizing as needed
    • Maintain market knowledge to ensure Bloomberg's Collaboration Solutions align with employee needs
    • Empower employees to utilize the Microsoft 365 platform efficiently through training and support
    • Demonstrate a strong drive for results and ownership

    You'll need to have:

    • 8+ years experience with enterprise productivity and collaboration tools
    • Proficiency in configuring and managing Windows 10 devices with a focus on user experience
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and M365 tools like Microsoft Teams
    • Expertise in video conferencing tools and network topology
    • Experience in requirements gathering, roadmap building, and cross-functional team management
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, strategic thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    We'd love to see:

    • Comprehensive understanding of cloud technology and platforms
    • Experience in transitioning from Microsoft Office to M365 at an enterprise level
    • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Azure, and certifications in M365 and agile/scrum
    • Knowledge of network security standards and innovative problem-solving abilities
