    We are currently looking for a

    • Product Owner

    In this position, you'll drive internal product development and foster a culture of innovation at Fora Financial.

    Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll evaluate and launch new product strategies that align with the company's capabilities and add long-term value to the business.

    You will be instrumental in refining the product roadmap and enhancing services for small businesses, ensuring alignment with market needs.

    Key Deliverables:

    • Participate in product management processes from technical requirements to successful product launch.
    • Own and oversee assigned product/project initiatives, managing priorities and addressing issues effectively.
    • Collaborate with various teams to prototype and develop new products, leveraging the company's technology platform.
    • Act as Product Owner for Agile Sprint delivery, managing requirements, stakeholder signoffs, and user story prioritization.
    • Gather and manage business requirements throughout the agile delivery lifecycle, ensuring effective communication with technical resources.

    Desired Skills & Experience:

    • Proven track record in delivering high-value products in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in financial services, FinTech, or related industries preferred.
    • Strong project management skills and leadership abilities.
    • Ability to drive business-centric product strategies and execute them efficiently.
    • Ownership mentality with a focus on business impact and data-informed decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree.
    • 5+ years of experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Azure Dev Ops and JIRA.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $105,000 - $130,000.00 per year
