    Description

    The Office Services Specialist is a member of the Office Management Team and is responsible for providing office services and project support to TURBOCAM. This resourceful team player effectively works with all levels of staff and contributes to the team's initiatives while empowering employees to seek assistance from our talented team. Success in this role requires that TURBOCAM guidelines are followed while maintaining cost effectiveness and excellence.

    Position Specific Responsibilities

    • Monitor inventory and order/replenish supplies in public work areas and meeting spaces.
    • In tandem with IT respond to Printer Notification emails; communicate promptly and troubleshoot/request service for printer and multifunction devices.
    • Primary point person responsible for monitoring and maintaining printer spreadsheet, receive/store printer supply inventory, and work directly with vendor to troubleshoot inventory discrepancies or concerns.
    • Assist with employee relocations, desk set-ups, and furniture projects, including relocation of office furniture between NH locations.
    • Clean and reset desks and workspaces of relocating and departing employees.
    • Transport company vehicles to and from scheduled service appointments. Relocate vehicles onsite prior to inclement weather and other situations as appropriate, and restore to drivable condition thereafter.
    • Primary point of contact for records retention: maintain records area, record and store boxes, maintain records spreadsheet and facilitate annual audit.
    • Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and checklists for routine office services tasks.
    • Provide back-up support for reception, cafeteria, catering, and company events as needed.
    • Complete special projects as assigned.
    • Perform other duties as necessary.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
    • Familiarity with general office protocol including business correspondence; minimum of 1 year related experience in an office environment required.
    • Intermediate level in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Working knowledge of office equipment, including but not limited to: printers, copiers, and multi-function devices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
    • Able to keep information confidential.
    • Must possess valid driver's license from his/her state of residence and reliable transportation based on travel to other facilities.
    • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. in a safe manner and on a regular basis.
    • Must possess a range of motion sufficient to permit climbing stairs, walking, standing, stooping, and crouching for extended periods while performing duties.
