    Customer Service Specialist

    **Must haves:**

    Twelve (12) months post high school degree or enrollment in a Business program

    2-4 years of financial services experience may be considered in lieu of the degree

    One (1) year of work-related experience consisting of call center or customer service support duties in the financial service industry.

    Experience in computer terminal and personal computer operation; word processing, spreadsheet and specialty software programs.

    Position has the ability to work remote.
