    This position is hybrid/remote and can sit in the footprint of Providence in the states of AK, WA, OR, CA, TX and MT. Ideal candidate would reside in, Renton/Seattle, WA, Portland/Beaverton, OR, or Irvine, CA main office locations. Full-time hybrid position - remote work will be considered. Possible required travel up to 10% of work schedule

    The job duties listed below are essential functions of the position. However, other duties may be assigned, and may also be considered essential functions of the position.

    1. This position will be involved in the implementation and ongoing daily support of business applications on Finance and accounting.
    2. Proficiency in ERP functional understanding is necessary, encompassing at least two of the following modules:
    3. General Ledger
    4. Accounts Receivable
    5. Cash Management
    6. Fixed Assets
    7. Lease Accounting
    8. Tax/Vertex on design.
    9. Deliberating new requirements for enhancements from business and provide functional solution as well as driving the CRs from requirement through the delivery process to deployment.
    10. The caregiver must be sufficiently fluent in the English language to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
    11. Executing Growth and Modernization projects for new acquisitions, standardizing the business process to existing global solution design.
    12. Research pain points or slow processes and identifying opportunities for RPA, AI to achieve business process optimization.
    13. Work as an individual contributor without external support on the assigned tasks.
    14. Oracle certification is preferable.
    15. Identify and analyze operational and systems issues and opportunities and produce effective solutions.
    16. Assist business partners with business process improvement, business requirements gathering and test planning.
    17. Prepare design specifications and test plans, scenarios and scripts.
    18. Management of specific work items and/or projects, including planning, scoping, estimation, status reporting.
    19. Help investigate and resolve system functional and technical errors. Troubleshoot on systems and data and generate solutions which may include systems modifications enhancements or new procedures.
    20. Ability to design, configure and test systems functionality changes.
    21. Report, track, and resolve application related issues with Oracle support.
    22. Demonstrate service excellence and positive interpersonal relationships in dealing with others, so that productivity and positive relations are maximized.
    23. Perform rotational on-call responsibilities.
    24. Independently define tasks; identify stakeholders and their objectives. Create documentation, capable of writing complex scope of work and justifications.
    25. Collaborate with team members and demonstrate willingness to lend support and help.
    26. Share knowledge, insights and work among team members and partners.

    As an Oracle Financial Application Analyst, candidate would be expected to have:

    1. Key experience highlights include Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems.
    2. Three years of functional experience on application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems like Oracle Cloud suite/Oracle EBS/PeopleSoft etc.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience (at least 3 years of functional experience).
    • 3 years: Application design, implementation and/or maintenance of one or more of the following large scale Enterprise Resource Planning systems - Oracle Cloudsuite, Oracle EBS/EPM (Hyperion, etc.) Applications, PeopleSoft, Workday.
    • Ability to troubleshoot oracle issues related to integrations and reports, by being able to run queries against Oracle Cloud or PAAS database. (exposure to SQLDeveloper, BI Catalog etc.,).
    • Basic understanding of Oracle Fusion cloud database fundamental structure and be able to find tables/views in Oracle Fusion to debug transactional issues in Cost accounting etc.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree and above: Computer Science, Business Management, Information Services, Engineering, Commerce or Combination of education and relevant experience
    • Key experience highlights include: Demonstrated ability to successfully execute small projects; methodologies related to application management such as system deployment, support, and life cycle; experience in process improvement methodology, change management, operational improvement in complex systems. Suggestion: preference around T&A, scheduling, payroll in healthcare environment.

    This position is remote/hybrid. Salary range and offers are determined by internal pay equity and geographic cost of living differences. Salary range will vary from State and region. Salary max is limited to 75% range in order to continue to offer internal pay growth. We welcome open and transparent discussions on salary at Providence.
