    After Sales Service Engineer

    Temporary Remote work in Greater Dallas Area, Tx
    Midea America Corp is hiring a After Sales Service Engineer to support Midea Building Technologies (MBT) technical service. MBT strategically places its business concentration on the products, services, and comprehensive solutions of Intelligent Building.

    Job Description

    • Responsible for business partners' technical support, report to U.S. R &D head.
    • Conduct site visit to investigate and resolve all technical complaints and issues to ensure consumers satisfaction.
    • Contact the quality department to analyze the breakdowns cause root to take correcting actions on current products and take the preventive actions accordingly.
    • Train and work closely with business partners to help them better understand the product.
    • Visit business partners to build indepth understanding of their product requirements and output the specs documents.
    Job Requirement

    • Good knowledge in unitary unit or VRF products.
    • Min. 3 years' experience in after sales service or quality in HVAC industry.
    • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking Chinese and English.
    • Excellent communication skills, team spirit and customer orientated concept.
    • Frequent Domestic Travel (
