    Our client is a multi-million dollar Investment Management firm with offices across the U.S. and a unique investment portfolio. This firm has been rapidly growing over the past three years, particularly within its Technology Team.

    This firm is looking to bring on a Desktop Support Engineer to its growing Austin office who will provide end-user support to various business professionals at the firm. This individual should have experience supporting C Suite and Key Executives as well as strong experience in a SaaS focused environment.

    Requirements

    • 5+ years of relevant experience in a Windows environment
    • Experience with Okta, Box, Slack, Zoom
    • Experience troubleshooting issues related to DHCP, DNS, Exchange, and Citrix
