    About the team & opportunity
    Ontra is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations reporting to our Director, Revenue Operations.
    The role is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager, Revenue Operations with a passion for driving customer success and growth at Ontra. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, enhancing collaboration between Customer Success and Growth Sales teams, and leveraging our tech stack to streamline critical operations. You will be vital to the success of our teams by enhancing our environment to improve productivity, implement tools, and provide the infrastructure and data to allow for collaboration across the organization.

    What you'll do

    • Optimize: Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to optimize and refine workflows, ensuring seamless integration with sales processes and alignment with company objectives.
    • Facilitate Collaboration: Act as a bridge between Customer Success and Growth Sales teams, fostering collaboration and alignment to maximize customer value and retention. This involves creating visibility into customer interactions, tracking activities, and facilitating effective communication channels between teams.
    • Drive Insights: Utilize Salesforce and other tools to extract meaningful insights from data, enabling informed decision-making and strategic planning across the customer lifecycle. This includes building and maintaining comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators.
    • Lead Team Development: Lead and manage team members, empowering them to excel in their roles and grow both personally and professionally.


    What you'll bring

    • Salesforce Expertise: 4+ years of experience in building fields, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
    • People Management: 1+ years of experience managing a team of operations analysts.
    • Customer Success Tooling: Familiarity with Gainsight
    • Multi-Product Experience: Previous experience working for a multi-product company preferred.
    • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage and align stakeholders across different teams.
    • Project Management Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


    Pay transparency
    Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
    Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

    Base pay range
    $124,000 - $186,000 USD
