- Salesforce Expertise: 4+ years of experience in building fields, reports, and dashboards in Salesforce.
- People Management: 1+ years of experience managing a team of operations analysts.
- Customer Success Tooling: Familiarity with Gainsight
- Multi-Product Experience: Previous experience working for a multi-product company preferred.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively manage and align stakeholders across different teams.

Ontra is seeking a Manager, Revenue Operations reporting to our Director, Revenue Operations.
The role is a great opportunity for an experienced Manager, Revenue Operations with a passion for driving customer success and growth at Ontra. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, enhancing collaboration between Customer Success and Growth Sales teams, and leveraging our tech stack to streamline critical operations. You will be vital to the success of our teams by enhancing our environment to improve productivity, implement tools, and provide the infrastructure and data to allow for collaboration across the organization.

Ontra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.
