As an experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect (m/f/d) at Devoteam N Platform, you will be part of our team of over 500 technical experts and 200 consultants, providing a holistic transformation approach for the entire ServiceNow platform.

You will support our clients in implementing digital workflows that increase operational productivity, improve employee experiences, and redefine customer engagement.

Your role:

  • You will act as a Solution Architect, designing innovative and successful solutions for business requirements.
  • You will take responsibility for the successful implementation of the solution within the client team.
  • You will be the central point of contact for your team and the client's employees.
  • You will act as a coach, helping your colleagues and our clients better understand and adapt to the ServiceNow mindset.
  • You will use the ServiceNow toolbox to design customerspecific solutions in collaboration with developers.
  • You will design interfaces and connections between ServiceNow and other tools/processes.
  • You will solve complex problems in collaboration with the team, always keeping the economic benefit in mind
