Jakin, GA - Accounting Order Processing Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities:


  • Independent processing of all payment transactions for debtors and creditors
  • Management and processing of ongoing business transactions, including VAT invoice verification
  • Monthly preparation of VAT returns and annual operating cost statements
  • Independent preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Consistent followup on all open issues according to current guidelines
  • Interface for all incoming inquiries in the accounting department
  • General correspondence and administrative support for crossdepartmental matters

Your qualifications:


  • Successfully completed training as a certified accountant, tax specialist, or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of accounting
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Proficiency in German (written and spoken) and good knowledge of English desired
  • Structured and conscientious work style with a strong affinity for numbers
