WHAT TO EXPECT
- Team management & personnel scheduling
- Point of contact for all internal & external processes in the atelier
- Advising our customers on alteration requests
- Proper fitting of garments
- Performing all necessary alterations (women's wear, men's wear, repairs)
- Electronic order processing
WHAT YOU BRING
- Completed training or practical experience in tailoring
- Experience in leading small teams, desirable
- Responsible & goaloriented work ethic
- Enjoyment of customer consultation & a friendly demeanor
