    SENIOR DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

    $200,000 – $265,000 + BONUS + BENEFITS

    ONSITE – OFFICE LOCATED IN NEW JERSEY

    The Senior Marketing Director will drive the global strategy for a leading brand, developing innovative plans to enhance everyday care, leading a diverse team to devise growth strategies based on consumer insights.

    THE ROLE

    • Formulates globally unified brand strategies in collaboration with essential stakeholders, pushing the boundaries of category norms.
    • Works closely with BMCs to implement effective brand-building initiatives.
    • Executes global communication strategies in line with principles.
    • Enhances expertise in the science of Brand Building across the organization.
    • Collaborates closely with key partners to implement effective brand-building initiatives.
    • Leads the development and execution of a strategic vision for the global brand portfolio.

    SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field required.
    • Proven track record of setting and executing vision in integrated brand leadership roles within consumer-packaged goods organizations.
    • Extensive experience in global collaboration and working with regional teams.
    • Demonstrated success in leading and growing large global brands with significant sales outside of the US, particularly in North America and/or Asia-Pacific.
    • Strong ability to shape and communicate strategic thinking in complex environments, simplifying complexities and making impactful decisions.
    • Experience leading end-to-end cross-functional global teams, managing innovation processes, and developing global pipelines for sustained brand growth.
