Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with development leadership to devise and implement annual business strategies focused on maximizing donor expansion and fundraising triumphs.
- Cultivate and oversee a network of professional advisors through diverse channels such as email, phone, mail, and face-to-face interactions to bolster donor engagement.
- Forge strategic alliances with NPT's financial service affiliates to offer consultative guidance on integrating donor-advised funds into clients' financial schemes.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations tailored to various audiences, including institutional clients, investment professionals, and prospective donors.
- Coordinate with NPT specialists and legal experts to facilitate charitable contributions of intricate and illiquid assets.
- Disseminate pertinent materials to advisors and donors, ensuring robust communication and engagement.
- Address escalated inquiries and service requisites from donors and advisors concerning their donor-advised funds.
- Collaborate in defining key performance metrics to monitor progress and ensure the seamless execution of programs.
- Engage in new business meet-ups and contribute to marketing campaigns to propel business growth.
- Identify and nurture fresh relationships with premier financial institutions to expand NPT's alliance network.
- Assist in spearheading strategic initiatives aimed at organizational growth and bolstering the development team's endeavors.
- Keep abreast of evolving trends in the philanthropic landscape, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of competitor activities and industry advancements.
Your Profile:
In addition to possessing the requisite skills and experience to fulfill the aforementioned duties, a successful Associate Regional Director is characterized by:
Technical Skillset:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree; advanced qualifications are advantageous.
- Five to seven years of experience in professional philanthropy, financial services, or legal sectors.
- Certification as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP), Certified Fund-Raising Executive (CFRE), or Advanced Certified Fund-Raising Executive is desirable.
- Profound comprehension of the philanthropic sphere, encompassing planned giving and the high-net-worth community.
- Proficiency in project management, multitasking, and effective prioritization.
- Competence in Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce CRM software.
- Strong acumen in public speaking, presentation delivery, and business administration.
