    Job Title:
    Epic Beaker Application Analyst

    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a skilled Epic Beaker Application Analyst to join our team and support the implementation and maintenance of the Epic Beaker system.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory informatics and experience with the Epic Beaker application.

    This role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to optimize system functionality, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operation of the Epic Beaker system.


    Responsibilities and Duties:

    • Collaborate with laboratory staff and
      ITteam to understand system requirements and optimize workflow
    • Configure and customize the Epic Beaker application to meet user needs
    • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for end users
    • Participate in system upgrades and enhancements
    • Conduct training sessions for end users on system functionality
    • Develop and maintain system documentation and user manuals

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
    • Epic Beaker certification preferred
    • 3+ years of experience working with the Epic Beaker application
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Experience with laboratory informatics systems is a plus
