• Epic Imaging and PACS is looking to hire an Analyst III to be the primary analyst/builder for our Cupid Module. This position will lead the upcoming Cupid Implementation and serve as the long-term analyst for this application. We are looking for candidates who take initiative, enjoy a team atmosphere, who are engaged and ready to supply great customer service.
  
  Desirable candidates will have an Epic Cupid Certification and have extensive Cupid build experience. Our preferred candidate should also have experience leading Cupid Implementations, radiant certification and imaging operations experience.

• JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE
  • Participates within a team environment with responsibility for leading the configuration, maintenance and support of assigned information systems. Responsible for obtaining and maintaining knowledge of software functionality. Formulates and defines systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a good understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. Leads the collaboration process with business partners and peers to document business processes and requirements. Mentors junior staff.
• DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTION
  • Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Apps Delivery and Ops function manages the operations of our existing services and implements new technology into the organization on behalf of our business customers. Our team includes the 24/7 service desk, application operations and implementation teams.
• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS
  • One (1) of the following required:
    • Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years experience in Information Technology and/or project management.
    • Ten (10) years of relevant healthcare experience.
  • One (1) Epic certification/accreditation/proficiency required within six (6) months of hire. Obtaining additional proficiencies, accreditations, or certifications related to assigned modules may be required based on department's operational needs and at manager discretion.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
  • Experience in project management preferred, including development and management of detailed project plans, objectives, control methods and coordination of project team efforts.
