Your Responsibilities:


  • Outsourcing control before connecting to external asset managers (initial due diligence, initial risk analysis, emergency concept) and if necessary, clarification of open points with the client/investor
  • Document creation and coordination in the mandate agreement for outsourced portfolio management
  • Ongoing control of outsourced asset managers (annual due diligence, annual risk analysis, update of emergency concept)
  • Quarterly reporting / preparation of quarterly reports in the reporting line to risk management
  • Negotiation of operational service level agreements (SLAs) with outsourced asset managers and the custodian bank, and if necessary, coordination with clients/investors
  • Coordination of SLAs with departments within BayernInvest
  • Contact person (m/f/d) for administrative inquiries from master KVG clients, especially coordination of changes in existing master KVG mandates, as well as for their outsourced asset managers and custodian banks

Your Profile:


  • Vocational training as an investment fund clerk (m/f/d), bank clerk (m/f/d) or similar qualification
  • Experience at an investment management company or financial service provider
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Good English
