We are a Europe-wide operating and expanding family business with currently around 150 employees at 2 locations in and around Hamburg.

The Draak family has been active in the plastics industry since 1958. Our company's focus is on plastic recycling. Our expertise lies particularly in the development and production of high-quality plastic regranulates and recompounds. The use of our regranulates enables our customers to produce their own products in a more sustainable and environmentally friendly way. Due to our continuous growth, we are currently looking for dedicated and independent machine operators (m/f/d) for our plant in Hamburg (postal code 21079) in a permanent position.

The main tasks consist mainly of the following tasks:

Pre-shredding/grinding of plastic waste (clean production waste)

Feeding machines with plastic waste (clean production waste)

Operation of various technical production systems (including extruders)

Ensuring and checking the quality of the products (comp
