Your tasks:

Conceptualization and implementation of IT infrastructure projects in the areas of VMware and server + storage
Supporting the operation of our customers' VMware / server / storage infrastructure
Handling incidents and service requests, analyzing disruptions and implementing measures to resolve them
Monitoring the operation of infrastructures, adapting system configurations to specific requirements and creating documentation
