Your Training

Your training lasts for three years and begins in August with a start week. There, you will get to know the other trainees in your year and the structure of Deutsche Bank. During your training, you will gradually acquire comprehensive knowledge about insurance, contribution, and benefit law in statutory health insurance. The training is a varied mix of theory and practice. Practical work and theoretical lessons are organized in blocks and alternate. Throughout your training, you will have a trainer by your side for guidance and support, and a specialist contact person on site for any professional questions during your practical training.

  • Duration: 2.5 years
  • Structure: Alternating between practical and vocational school phases
  • Practical training location: Düsseldorf
  • Vocational school location: Düsseldorf
  • In addition, theoretical lessons at the BKK Academy in Rotenburg an der Fulda
  • Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) certification
  • Personal support throughout the entire training period
