- Support consistent workflows at all Verland sites.
- Clinical Management: Oversee the daily operations of all Verland sites, ensuring efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinical operations and patient care.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven approaches to monitor clinic performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- 3- 5 years' experience in healthcare operations management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards i.e. HRSA and Joint Commission
- Must have familiarity with electronic health records, Adults with Disability regulations, and clinical scheduling.

Job DescriptionDescription:The Director of Clinical Operations oversees the management and efficiency of VERLAND's clinical operations. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high-quality patient care. The Director works closely with leadership, staff, and external partners to enhance healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.
