Clinic Manager
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and performance-driven leader. As a Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for managing the clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects of our outpatient facility. Your key responsibilities will include building and leading a diverse team, collaborating with medical professionals, ensuring top-notch patient outcomes, and staying compliant with regulations. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, capable of working independently, and have strong management and computer skills. A minimum of a BSN degree is required along with at least 12 months of experience in dialysis management, or 5 years of experience in dialysis with 12 months of management experience. A current RN state license is a must.
