- Develop organization-wide policies to optimize clinical care delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies for clinical management and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional teams to address operational inefficiencies and enhance patient care delivery.
- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and inform decision-making, to include clinical continuous quality improvement initiatives (CQI).
- Promote best practices and innovative solutions within clinical operations with documented PDSA and other metrics.
- Manage budgets in the areas of census expectations, staffing patterns, and program clinical/medical expenses.
- Clinical Management: Provide oversight to all clinical operations and nursing care organization-wide, ensuring efficient sound clinical workflows, optimal clinical outcomes, and patient satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement strategic initiatives to enhance clinical operations and resident care.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven approaches to monitor clinic performance, identify trends, and inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership: Lead and mentor clinical staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Has a graduate degree from a college or university that is accredited by an agency recognized by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in a generally-recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum, required.
- A person who is licensed by the Commonwealth to practice the healing arts. The term is limited to a physician, physician assistant, certified registered nurse practitioner, licensed clinical social worker, licensed marriage and family therapist, licensed professional counselor or psychologist, preferred.
- 5-7 years' experience in healthcare operations management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and team-building abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Superior knowledge of healthcare regulations and operational standards, i.e., DOH and ODP.
- Must have familiarity with electronic health records, Adults with Disability regulations, and clinical scheduling.
- Experience with contributing to and managing financial plans.
- Experience with and demonstrated success in creating creative and practical solutions to increase employee productivity and maximize profitability.

Job DescriptionDescription:The Senior Director of Clinical Operations provides leadership and oversight of all clinical program operations and provides clinical supervision to core clinical staff. This role involves analyzing workflows, implementing process improvements, and ensuring high-quality patient care and clinical outcomes. The Director works closely with leadership, staff, and external partners to enhance healthcare delivery and operational effectiveness.
