    Job Description

    New Graduate Residency Program Summary:

    • The MGA New Graduate Residency Program will assist you in transitioning from a new graduate to a fully competent, professional nurse.
    • We provide a collaborative learning environment in which you can refine your nursing skills, enhance your knowledge, and develop new personal and professional relationships.
    • MGA is committed to providing the highest quality client care.
    • This program explores a combination of classroom setting instruction, hands-on skills training in simulation lab, and preceptorship with a nursing mentor in the home setting before beginning one-on-one client care.
    • This is a paid, full-time position for RNs and LPNs and includes 6 weeks of extensive training in the classroom, simulation, and clinical preceptorship in the home.

    Qualifications:

    RN Qualifications:

    • Current Arizona Registered Nurse License is required.
    • Active Nursing License in good standing (required)
    • Attention to Detail
    • Time Management Skills
    • Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Good Organization and Effective Communication
    • Home Health Experience (preferred)

    LPN/LVN Qualifications:

    • Current Arizona Licensed Practical Nurse License is required.
    • Active Nursing License in good standing (required)

    • Effective Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution
    • Good Organization and Effective Communication
    • Home Health Experience (preferred)
