Description

Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse include but are not limited to:

Ensuring proper resident care in a clean and safe environment.
Developing and ensuring nursing care plans in collaboration with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
Making nursing diagnoses as the basis for care strategies.
Collaborating with residents and healthcare team members.
Recording medication administration.
Monitoring staff to ensure safety regulations are adhered to.
Following all state and government regulations for tasks and safety procedures.
Adhering to procedures for nursing equipment and supplies.
Performing other directed duties.

Qualifications of the Registered Nurse include:

Active RN license.
1 year of experience.
Prior RN experience in a nursing community.
Desire to care for residents with integrity.
Ability to work flexible hours.
Preferably with rehab experience.
