    You will have the opportunity to work with a global Marketing operations team who is fully committed to maturing our ability to react dynamically to the ever-changing marketplace and business environment.

    As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for:

    Collaborating with our Business Partners to understand and document business problems and needs

    Collaborating with our Engineering team to support, execute and deliver intricate technical and business process solutions


    Collaborating within Marketing IT to analyze as-is process and desired outcomes in context with other projects and industry best practices to help design and propose solutions.

    Writing business requirements and collaborating with Business, Engineering and QA stakeholders on planning and execution of delivery


    Supporting user acceptance testing, documentation and enablement training for business users as a subject-matter expert for the marketing IT tech stack.

    To be successful in this role you will:

    Have 5 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst and a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent

    programs where you have played a key role in analyzing product-led initiatives, identifying growth opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user acquisition & retention.

    strategies ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

    Be self-motivated, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adept at working with all levels of the organization.

    Have the ability to think strategically to identify areas for innovation and improvement.


    Have excellent IT experience supporting delivery of Marketing processes including: demand generation execution, campaign execution, lead processing and life-cycle, and contact management.

    Have a deep familiarity with SFDC and Marketing Technology like a marketing automation platform (i.e. Marketo, SFDC Marketing Cloud), CDPs (i.e. Lytics, BlueConic) data warehouses and integrations.

    Have experience working in an Agile development environment

    Compensation

    Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.

    The base salary for this position ranges from $93,656 - $140,803/year; a candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.

    The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
