    Job Description

    Qualifications

    • The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in handling the complete accounting process monthly
    • Demonstrated proficiency in using QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, ADP RUN, and Microsoft Office
    • A background in Public Accounting with a strong grasp of accounting principles and financial reporting
    • Professional experience dealing with confidential and sensitive information
    • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple client obligations
    • Knowledge of accounting procedures and advanced mathematical skills
    • Proficient in various accounting software with troubleshooting skills for common program issues
    • Possess personal integrity when handling sensitive financial data
    • Detail-oriented with a focus on maintaining accuracy and account integrity
    • Capable of multitasking across various accounting projects
    • Excellent analytical and communication skills (both verbal and written)
    • Able to work independently and collaboratively, suggesting process improvements
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting

    Responsibilities

    • Record routine business transactions and prepare standard financial statements
    • Process payroll, conduct account reconciliations, and oversee month-end closing activities for accurate financial reporting
    • Prepare well-supported schedules and reconciliations for general ledger accounts
    • Assist in the monthly, quarterly, and yearly close procedures
    • Summarize financial data for upper management and client decision-making
    • Handle client onboarding tasks and various reports
    • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks and special projects as needed

    Pay is commensurate with experience level.
