Marketing Specialist at UBQ Materials
We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at UBQ Materials, a leading sustainable materials company. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between the Marketing and Business Development teams, acting as the nerve center for marketing operations. Your responsibilities will involve a diverse range of tasks, from managing content requests to facilitating the efficient flow of marketing materials, with a particular emphasis on sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities:
1. Internal Marketing Requests for Content and Assets:
Gather relevant content from our repository, including presentations, documents, video, photography, case studies, white papers, and data points.
2. Presentation and Proposal Management:
Exhibit exceptional PowerPoint skills, with expertise in managing masters, integrating multimedia files and data, formatting, and adapting designs to templates.
Proficiently handle font management and ensure efficient file size management.
Ability to work between text-based RFPs and presentation-based proposals.
3. Departmental and Cross-Functional Project Management:
Utilize tools like Microsoft Planner and other workflow management tools to manage, assign, and monitor tasks.
Apply project management skills and familiarity with responsibility assignment matrices (e.g., RACI) to ensure effective project execution.
Support marketing plan focused on digital and social initiatives, public relations, and event marketing, coordinating with multiple external agencies.
4. Marketing-to-Sales Customer Journey and Asset Management:
Prioritize, locate, assemble, and package the right content and materials for different prospects at various stages of the customer journey.
