    JOB DESCRIPTION:
    We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.

    You will work closely with the marketing team to create engaging content, manage social media presence, and analyze campaign performance to drive brand awareness and achieve our marketing goals.


    JOB ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, affiliate marketing, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing, to achieve specific marketing objectives (e.g., brand awareness, lead generation, sales growth).


    Conduct thorough keyword research and leverage data to create targeted PPC campaigns that drive qualified traffic and conversions.


    Utilize analytics tools to monitor PPC campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations through A/B testing and keyword adjustments.


    Continuously monitor and optimize all digital marketing campaigns based on performance metrics to ensure maximum return on investment (ROI).


    Manage and maintain the company's social media presence for specific campaigns, including developing engaging content calendars, scheduling posts, and analytic reporting.


    Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices to leverage the latest features and platforms for optimal campaign execution.


    Recruit and onboard high-performing affiliates across diverse channels to expand the reach of marketing efforts.


    Manage the company's affiliate program by developing and maintaining comprehensive affiliate program guidelines and agreements.


    Track and analyze affiliate performance data to identify areas for improvement, optimize campaigns, and ensure program effectiveness.


    Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members on project development and execution.


    Conduct ongoing competitor analysis and stay informed of the latest digital marketing trends and industry best practices.


    Proactively recommend new and innovative marketing initiatives to enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and overall marketing strategy.

    Qualifications include:

    Proven experience in creating and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.


    Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.


    Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.


    Proficiency in social media marketing platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter).


    Experience with Google Ads and Bing Ads.


    Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) (a plus).


    Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


    A creative and results-oriented mindset.


    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


    EXPERIENCE:
    Outlined below are the academic qualifications and length and type of experience deemed necessary by Unique Vacations Inc. in order to perform the role of Digital Marketing Specialist competently.


    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

    Experience:

    1-2 years of experience in digital marketing
