    Description
    Objectives of the PositionAssists the Marketing department in their advertising and promotional efforts. Deliver effective marketing programs that will help our reputation and growth in United States & Canada. Contributing to supporting the implementing of effective marketing strategies.


    Principle AccountabilitiesSupport with the strategic direction for marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, leads, and establishing Rhenus as the preferred brand in North America.

    Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events.
    Support regional digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
    Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings and demographic data.
    Investigate the performance of Rhenus marketing campaigns and strategies through evaluating key performance metrics.
    Support the creation of innovative content for cases studies, blogs, landing pages and website content.
    Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
    Performing market analysis and research to analyze competitive landscape.
    Collecting quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns.

    Supporting the marketing team in daily administrative tasksPreparing and working on promotional materials:
    flyers, brochures, marketing collateral material and presentations; giveaways and merchandising.
    Creating and maintaining tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts.
    Monitoring social media channels.
    Handling social media calendar.
    Assisting in planning and staffing of trade shows, conferences, and events.
    Providing administrative support to marketing staff when requiredSkills & Education & Work Experience/Requirements


    Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar roleThorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods.

    Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.

    Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)



    Exceptional communication and writing skills.
    Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind.
    BSc/BA in marketing, communications or equivalent.
    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    Copywriting skillsExcellent analytical and project management skills.
    An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines.
    Ability to work well on a team.

    LANGUAGE(S):
    Professional proficiency in English & Spanish required
