    Description
    Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)

    • Drive supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement
    • Provide quality control guideline, provide procedure to supplier, ensure all material and resources are available
    • Review project specification and monitor project status
    • Visit supplier's facilities to observe supplier's manufacturing environment and review process
    • Perform regular quality process control audit to ensure suppliers continue to work in compliance with company requirement and customer needs
    • Handling on incoming abnormal material, report and drive improvement to ensure smooth production in supplier site
    • Maintain detail reports of supplier quality and regular report internally
    • Handle customer complaint that related to supplier non conforming issue and drive quality improvement with supplier to reduce defect
    • Responsible for related audit at suppliers site
    • Responsible for supplier development and evaluation
    • Serving as a liaison between own company and supplier to identify quality issue and come up with solution
    • Any other tasks assigned by superior as and when needed
