Your roles and responsibilities

  • Quality assurance for multiple production processes
  • Quality pre-planning
  • Independent preparation and support of customer audits
  • Handling of complaints internally and externally
  • Workshop support
  • Moderation of process FMEA
  • Planning and conducting internal process audits according to VDA 6.3

Your skills and strengths

  • Degree in mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Excellent knowledge of IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 standards
  • Ideally certified process auditor VDA 6.3
  • Good knowledge of VDA 5, AIAG MSA/SPC/APQP/PPAP, VDA PPF regulations
  • Ideally further training as quality officer according to ISO 9001
  • At least 3 years of experience in quality management/automotive supplier industry
  • High methodological competence in common problem-solving tools
  • Good English skills
  • Knowledge of SAP, Q-DAS (Q-STAT, SOLARA)
