- The base teaching load is four courses/16 credits per semester that will include a combination of undergraduate and graduate level courses which may include in-person, hybrid and online teaching modalities. There is a possibility of course load reduction to support the development of experiential learning infrastructure.
- Courses will be determined by the candidate's previous experience, expertise, and the school's needs.
- The ideal candidate would have experience in teaching one or more of the following:
- Introductory Marketing, Marketing Research, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Consumer Behavior, Content Marketing, Marketing Communication
- Develop curriculum at both the undergraduate and graduate levels.
- Assist with the development and stewardship of business connections and partnerships in the field and integrate innovative experiential learning experiences into the curriculum by way of internships/co-ops, etc. The position will work in close coordination with the Associate Vice President and Associate Dean of Career and Experiential Learning.
- Opportunities to assist with academic advising, act as faculty advisor to the student club and conduct select service to the department, school, and College may also be responsibilities of the position.
- Interested applicants should have relevant teaching experience and a Master's degree with substantive professional marketing experience.
