- Marketing
- Manage all company social accounts: Instagram, YouTube, Linked In, Twitter
- Weekly content production and posting across all platforms
- Daily interaction with other accounts and daily social connecting
- Work with Team Lead Katy Patterson to keep the website current and up-to-date
- Work with SEO vendor to monitor website performance
- Create an original Newsletter on a monthly basis (you own this, it is great opportunity to bring your personal creativity to the team)
- Transaction Management
- Create listing paperwork for all new listings
- Oversee paperwork throughout all stages of an Under Contract transaction
- Order & prepare for photos, videos (cinematic and shorts), and 3D tours for new listings
- Prepare for photos, including visiting the property the day of photos to put away miscellaneous remotes, bath products, etc., and ordering & delivering fresh flowers for the photo shoot
- Load and organize photos for new listings into MLS and Google Drive
- Create an overall sense of continuity between all SPCRE marketing platforms
- Create a monthly report to all active sellers with data on impressions of their listing
- Work with the BHHS Marketing Team to create New Listing marketing materials: flyers/brochures, flip books, e-blast, social posts, print marketing
- Work with the BHHS Marketing Team to deliver creatives for print marketing
- For Haven, Mansion Global, Mountain Magazine, etc.
- Event Planning
- Plan quarterly client events to build client retention and grow our client base
- Plan and host Open Houses catering to both other Agents and potential Buyers
- Office Administration
- Work within an annual budget to present the private office as a welcoming and design focused gathering space in-line with the Mullin Patterson brand.
- Greet office visitors, some of whom may be potential new walk-in clients
- Plan and execute client gifting: closing gifts & annual holiday gifts
- Arrange annual BHHS staff holiday gifting
- Keep office maintained (windows, lawn, snow, etc) and stocked
- Communicate with BHHS on any repairs/grounds maintenance needed, including seasonal exterior gardening, window washing, etc
- Vendor payments
- Track and manage the business's financial operations and coordinate with the company bookkeeper and a tax accountant

The Role
The Marketing and Operations manager at Mullin + Patterson will lead our most important transactions and media connections and be a valued Park City Real Estate community member with the opportunity to work with one of the top real estate teams in the Nation based out of a private office in Park City, UT. This position is best suited for someone with executive assistant experience, not an aspiring Realtor. The role demands impeccable organization, stellar communication, and social media proficiency. You will be responsible for content creation for the luxury buyer, website management, flawless presentations and paperwork preparation, exceptional customer service (luxury retail a plus), and community engagement as a liaison between other agents, attorneys, title agents, and other vendors.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is aesthetically focused, hyper-organized, and unwilling to let a communication or deliverable out the door without triple-checking for perfection. The job requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, as the marketing operations are ongoing and contract management is intermittent. The position includes multiple workflows that often overlap. Done properly, each primary workflow is an opportunity to further the company's brand, and solidify client relationships.
Job Responsibilities
Schedule
While many aspects of the Job can be performed remotely, the ideal candidate would be in the office from 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. This position may offer a hybrid work arrangement after a 90-day in-office trial period.
