- - Minimum 2 years of team management experience (teams of 4 or more)
- - Minimum 2 years of project management software utilization
- - Prior experience in the construction/roofing industry
- - Efficient planning, project management, and process improvement to eliminate bottlenecks and backlogs
- - Conduct regular meetings with construction management to ensure project progress and address any issues
- - Supervise permitting/engineering contractors and service dispatch practices
- - Analyze and optimize systems and processes
- - Provide guidance to managers, set goals, and manage profit/loss
- - Oversee operational, management, and financial aspects in assigned markets
- - Maintain transparent communications internally and externally
- - Resolve customer issues and coach teams proactively
- - Monitor construction/roofing markets, provide reports and analytics
- - Ensure projects comply with regulations, supervise staff towards revenue goals
- - Develop project management procedures, quality control, and safety measures
- - Participate in sales and leadership meetings, assist in dispute resolution and training
