Your Responsibilities

  • You support the team with dedication and responsibility in all operational tasks of human resources
  • You support us in various HR projects
  • In the field of employer branding, you develop various ideas and implement them with your future colleagues
  • You will also be responsible for supporting recruiting and communicating with applicants
  • You organize various events for our Solar Youth Network

Your Profile

  • You are enrolled at a university and want to apply your expertise from your studies (business administration, sociology, psychology, business management, or similar) with us
  • Ideally, you are willing to work 20 hours per week
  • You ideally have first experience in the HR field through internships
  • You have good German and English skills, both written and spoken
  • You are proficient in MS Office applications
  • Your profile is rounded off by strong communication skills, organizational ability, conscientiousness, and teamwork
