The Summit Park EU AMXL ReLo Program Team is responsible for managing the Reverse Logistics operations throughout the EU. Our goal is to ensure operational excellence and compliance with processes.

We strive to provide a comprehensive approach to AMXL Reverse Logistics, including our capabilities in ReLo Ops with a focus on quality and vendor returns.

We are currently seeking Process Improvement Specialists to lead large and medium-scale projects and programs within the EU AMXL Returns network.

In this role, you will oversee significant operational and service growth across European Operations and collaborate with cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to understand the business and identify customer needs.

About the team:

This position is part of the Worldwide AMXL Program, which aims to enhance Amazon's delivery of large items and those requiring special handling and additional services for an exceptional customer experience.

Our goal is to expand this business in the EU while maintaining excellent customer experience and cost position.

The ideal candidate for this Process Improvement Specialist role is a resourceful and confident team player who can think outside the box in an ambiguous problem space.

They should be willing to roll up their sleeves and contribute to the continued development of a program with a significant impact across the AMXL network.
