- Provide level 1 and 2 technical support to end-users remotely, or in the office.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software or hardware issues for end users.
- Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Install, upgrade, and configure software applications including Office 365 suite.
- Knowledge of SharePoint and OneDrive is necessary.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain user accounts, permissions, and distribution lists in Office 365.
- Conduct user training sessions and create support documentation as needed.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance support services.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Director.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, required.
- 3-5 years of experience in a desktop or technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 administration and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and end-user network issues.
- Experience setting up and configuring desktop computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or similar are a plus.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.

JOB SUMMARY:
As a Desktop Support Technician at U.S. Crew Change, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support and assistance to our employees. Your primary responsibilities will include resolving IT issues, fulfilling service requests, and ensuring the smooth operation of our technology systems. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a help desk or technical support role, with proficiency in Office 365 administration, desktop support, and software installation.
