    We are looking for an Area Manager to join our Consumer Solutions team

    You will be responsible for:
    You will have responsibility and accountability for the P&L of an Area Sales and Service Team.

    Effectively lead the Area team to profitable sales growth while maintaining a strong focus on safety, efficiency, compliance, and integrity.

    Work with and inspire leaders of adjacent teams to create a collaborative work environment.
    Accounts located in West TN, Memphis, NW AL, North MS

    What You'll Bring
    Bachelors Degree in chemical engineering, pulp and paper science and engineering, applied sciences or engineering with relevant experience
    Experienced specialty chemical sales with a track record of sales success
    Proven record of delivering results and leading teams to achieve business and team goals.
    Ability to build a strong team atmosphere and culture for success that drives loyalty and team spirit and diversity.
    Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of customer (businesses, organizational structure, value drivers, products/services, competitive market positions) and relevant industries and markets (economic trends, and value drivers, threats/opportunities, current growth and future potential)
