Job Summary

The Student Assistant will be responsible for greeting and interacting with customers. They will answer phone calls, print transcripts, process enrollment verifications and enter petitions into Banner. Along with copying and mailing petitions/graduation applications, they will also be responsible for scanning and indexing daily.

Responsibilities

Answering phones - 50%

Will answer the main line of the office and direct phone calls as requested.

Copying/Mailing - 25%

Making/mailing copies petitions and graduate applications

Printing transcripts - 10%

Print transcripts as requested in person, by mail or email

Data entry (immunizations, petitions) - 10%

Update students' immunization record, enter petitions in Banner

Other duties as requested by staff - 5%

Help staff with tasks as assigned
