Job Summary
The Federal Work Study Student will greet and interact with customers. Assist OIE staff with educational and community-building programs, including but not limited to faculty, staff, student, and alumni programming.
The student will provide front desk coverage, including answering phones and assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing communications, distributing mail, overseeing supply inventory, etc.
The student will also help design and implement marketing materials for print, social media, and internal audiences.Responsibilities

Students will perform clerical duties such as greeting walk-ins, answering phones, filing, scanning, assist in designing and implementing marketing materials for print, social media etc.
Support OIE Staff as assigned.

Ability to effectively manage time and multiple projects.
Be awarded Federal Work Study (FWS) through the Financial Aid Office at GCSU for the current aid year. Federal Work Study awards can be confirmed through the student¿s PAWS account, Financial Aid, then Award Offer tab. Students who are not awarded FWS can contact the Financial Aid Office to see if they are eligible
