The telephone service advisors in the Service Center of the Federal Employment Agency are the first point of contact for customers and play a crucial role in shaping the image of the Federal Employment Agency in the public eye.

Join our team and provide a diverse service with telephone customer contact.

  • Your tasks and responsibilities

You answer incoming calls (inbound telephony) and provide information on topics such as job and apprenticeship search, unemployment, and application and benefit matters under the Social Code II.

You clarify and process customer inquiries with medium difficulty (e.g. providing information on benefits without discretionary authority and technical inquiries).
You also handle administrative and organizational tasks, such as updating data records or scheduling appointments (e.g. for a consultation).
By processing incoming inquiries through the online channels of the Federal Employment Agency (e.g. eService, mailbox messages, contact form), you significantly contribute to a smooth workflow.
You call customers back for follow-up questions or at their request (outbound telephony).
You take on administrative tasks and support
