Your responsibilities

You evaluate data generated by the automatic toll control devices (control bridges and columns) with regard to possible violations of toll obligations while maintaining the data protection concept
You handle toll violations within the process of subsequent collection
You independently create notices for the retroactive collection of unpaid tolls
You create other documents according to templates and respond to telephone inquiries
You assess statements from vehicle owners or other affected parties
You actively contribute to the ongoing optimization of relevant systems and processes in your own work area

Your profile

You have completed vocational training in the commercial or administrative field
You have experience in using common office programs
You handle telephone and written inquiries in a routine and friendly manner
You have a high level of customer and service orientation
You have a high quality standard for your work results and the necessary ability to concentrate
