We are currently seeking a
Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in the construction and investment department as soon as possible.

What to expect

Independently manage projects as the operational project manager
Lead small and large project teams and coordinate with planners
Coordinate and monitor HSE guidelines
Prepare evaluations on the technical and financial feasibility of offers
Monitor planning results and review bids
Advise clients on important decisions and identify project risks
Conduct project analyses, including decision and change management and risk management
Coordinate commissioning and acceptance of services, as well as identify and document defects and obtain necessary approvals from authorities
Handle claims for damages from customers, suppliers, and other external partners
Oversee construction, coordinate processes and companies on site
Represent the project to project stakeholders

What we are looking for

Successfully completed degree in mechanical engineering (or equivalent)
Indepth knowledge of relevant standards, laws, and regulations in construction and project management
Experience in project management and project implementation
Negotiation skills, persuasiveness, and structured work approach
Basic knowledge of various trades
Experience in district heating pipeline construction
Experience in plant construction
Basic knowledge of hydraul
