    Description
    Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled National Account Manager to drive our retail channel strategy and customer management for Nutramax products. As part of our Retail Sales team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's go-to-market strategy and achieving sales targets. Your responsibilities will include developing channel strategies, account planning, budgeting, and fostering strong relationships with key customers.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead the strategy and sales plans for National CPG Retail accounts
    • Manage relationships with account teams to meet sales and profit targets
    • Oversee P&L for accounts to maximize profitability
    • Collaborate with marketing to create annual sales and marketing plans
    • Analyze market data to drive go-to-market strategies
    • Develop strategies to establish Nutramax brands as category leaders
    • Work with Demand Planning on forecasting and inventory management
    • Provide insights to marketing for future campaign ideas
    • Support brand protection efforts
    • Promote cross-departmental collaboration
    Requirements:
    • Minimum 5 years of CPG sales experience in Mass and Club retail accounts
    • Strong commercial awareness and marketing background
    • Experience in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies
    • Analytical skills using syndicated data for decision-making
    • Ability to communicate business unit KPIs effectively
    • Familiarity with retail contracts and Terms and Conditions
    • Pet category experience preferred
    • Up to 15% domestic travel required
    • Excellent written and oral communication skills
    Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing with at least five years of relevant experience.
